Conclave 2025 will be May 16 - 18, 2025 at Camp Falling Rock (12637 Houdeshell Road, Newark, OH). This year's theme is "Fear on the Frontier". We will be exploring the frontier and searching for cryptids. Due to extremely limited cabin capacity in upper camp, this will be a tent camping event. Please bring your tent and plan to camp with your lodge. There will be no driving to campsites so plan accordingly.
If someone has a medical condition that precludes tent camping, there will be a limited number of cabin spots available. They will be assigned first come first serve. Please contact Rob Fanska at Rob_Fanska@hotmail.com to secure a spot. Arrangements must be made for this prior to conclave.
