Unit Registration
Campsite Reservation: Reserve your troop's campsite by clicking on the week you want to attend. A $100 deposit is due upon Unit Registration. This deposit is not an additional fee. It will go toward your total fee for camp. Be sure to set up a MyCouncil account, if you don't already have one. After you have entered your troop information, choose your preferred campsite by clicking the "SELECT CAMPSITE" button. You may then proceed through the Checkout process to complete your campsite reservation.
Campsite Availability: To view currently available campsites, click on the blue button for your desired week. Once on the registration page, select the Campsite tab. The campsites that are still open will have an indication of how many spots are available in that site. Please note that the indications of available spots are subject to change without notice.
Registering Youth and Adults for Camp: When you are ready to register and pay for youth and adults to attend camp, log in to your MyCouncil account. On your Dashboard (the first page that pops up when you sign on), under "My Current Events", select the camp registration. Then add your Youth and Adults. When adding Youth, select the Activities button to choose merit badges. If you need to change/add merit badges at a later date, log back in to change your selection. Finish your registration by completing the Checkout process.
Discounts / Scholarships: After May 15th, if you add a Scout who is new to the program or just crossed over from Cub Scouts you may use the Discount Code "WLF2025" to waive the late fee. (Note: Those incorrectly using the discount will be charged the price difference at Check-in.) Those who have been awarded a scholarship may use the code provided to them. Discounts will be shown in your cart.
