What is Venturing?
Venturing is a BSA program for the development of young adults, focused on providing positive experiences and preparing them for adult life. Leadership, ethics, skill development, and adventure are all key parts of the Venturing program.

Age Group
Venturing is open to young men and women who are 13 and have completed the 8th grade, or age 14 through 20. Although they're young, Venturing isn't about young boys and girls; it's about young adults who mature with responsibility and guidance.
