IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Pre-registration is very important because each Pack will be
assigned a camping area based on the number of participants.
- Each Pack will be responsible for preparing your own meals and
making sure that your food is properly stored so that wild animals
are not attracted to your campsite.
- There will be a designated parking area by the pool for everyone
to park in after unloading your gear. Parking passes will be
provided and need to be visible at all times.
- Everyone who will be in camp must complete a Health Form and
return it with your registration.
- All Cub Scouts will have the opportunity to earn the Map and
Compass Belt Loop during the morning session And the Fishing Belt
Loop during the afternoon at the Fishing Derby.
- Each Pack will be responsible for keeping record of your Scouts
who earn the belt loops and reporting that to your Awards
Coordinator for your Pack, so that they can be given at your next
awards ceremony.
- No individual Pack campfires will be permitted. We will have one
big campfire on Saturday evening for everyone to enjoy together with
songs and skits by each Pack.
- The Boy Scouts of America prohibits the use of alcoholic
beverages and controlled substances at encampments or activities on
property owned and/or operated by the Boy Scouts of America, or at
any activity involving participation of youth members.
- NO Pets are allowed on the premises at any time during the
event.
